This project was conceived with a focus on young artists who frequently encounter obstacles to their artistic growth due to the financial strains associated with renting creative spaces.
There is a growing demand for specialized spaces catering to various artistic disciplines, including visual artists in need of studios, actors requiring rehearsal spaces, and artists seeking venues for exhibiting and sharing their work. Nevertheless, the escalating costs of renting such spaces have placed a significant financial burden on artists, resulting in missed opportunities for growth and limited avenues to showcase their creations. As a response to this pressing issue, we embarked on the renovation of a factory, meticulously considering and integrating the distinctive local characteristics, to provide a cost-effective and artist-friendly environment where these emerging talents can thrive and develop
